This project has been particularly intriguing due to the unique lifestyle of our client, a surfer from the US who plans to reside in Pinilla for half of the year. The design of the residence reflects their laid-back and casual lifestyle, incorporating luxurious elements characteristic of Pinilla. We've blended contemporary features with the colonial style of the condo to create a harmonious yet contrasting aesthetic.
