The renovation of this 3-bedroom penthouse at Las Catalinas, was a complete makeover sine it went from a rustic colonial style to a contemporary line. The design details were clean and simplistic to complement a coastal aesthetic. Through the design style and color palette, the goal was to highlight the 180-degree ocean view it offers rather than competing with it.
