Almendros

This residence is located in Islita, Guanacaste, a virgin and unpopulated area of Costa Rica. Therefore, the façade materials for the residence are only natural stone, wood, and graphite tones, to blend in with its natural surroundings and avoid competing with the view and vegetation. The design intends to completely open and highlight its amazing ocean view, allowing all spaces of the residence to enjoy it. The scope for the project was architecture and interior design, thus allowing us to integrate the same materiality we use in the outdoor into indoor space as well as to perfectly correlate with all of the furniture selections.
